Ruined my hair before an important occasion, with no apologies or offer to fix. Avoid these thieves. RESPONSE TO THE INAPPROPRIATE HAIRDESSER: First, your story is not accurate. First, to say that you showed customers to the door because they calmly asked you to rectify a hair style that you did wrong because of your incompetence, rather than trying to remedy the situation, only shows your poor upbringing, and poor manners and disrespect to customers. Secondly, mine is not the only bad review that said your salon promised one style and customers ended up with a horrible hairstyle instead, showing again your incompetence. Third, I am not sure what onlookers you are talking about. After your poor behaviour, I stood outside for several minutes to contact the centre manager to make a complaint and demand firm action, and you had run to the back to hide - so were the onlookers at the back of your store? Onlookers would only see an aggressive male bullying and being aggressive to females, including an elderly lady. Incidentally, the family member that you got to write a fake review as a 'witness' of what occurred, was not actually in the store when we were there. There were only two customers (as is always the case), both of whom did not look like this person's photo, and both were at the other end of the store, with one having her hair blow-dried. So I am not sure how your so called witness allegedly heard your 'professional advice' to us. Next time you get a family member to write you a fake review, be smarter. As to the rudeness and disrespect, it was all you! for memory, you told us you cannot deliver the style in the photograph, but will nonetheless deliver a bob that is similarly beautiful. Instead, you merely cut the back in 10 min, and did not touch the sides or front, which led to a horrible style where mum's hair looked like a ball of hair. We said to you; 'it does not look nice, what can you do to fix it', however, that made you become very aggressive and threatening, to the point of pulling the gown aggressively off my elderly mother' neck, and swinging the chair aggressively, and asked us to leave. Surely this proves your rudeness, disrespect and bullying attitude to women and the elderly. Ironically, I read a very similar negative review for you, that unfortunately, I did not read until last night. And I am sure there are many others that you deleted, as every time I write my negative review to warn other customers against you, you delete it immediately! But you left a few to seem genuine. I have already taken action against you, including commencing legal action, as customers should not experience this. But reading the negative reviews, this is not the first time you have done this. Accordingly, your response only proves my point and other negative reviews! Customers please be ware and do not enable an aggressive bully or give him your money! I will continue to respond to you, as I will not enable such behaviour!

Please guys read my review untill end, very important. Nice to met Alan today, I’m very happy. Alan very kind person and he is explaining everything very clearly make me very comfortable. This is first time I met with Alan and his Team and they are amazing.. I have Keratin treatment done, the results very amazing, I Loved it.. I will come for hair treatments to Alan for good. Guys, you might seen of bad reviews from 2 people (Ladies), they are write the reviews today 2 january 2024 in the afternoon. Please don’t listen or don’t even read their reviews. I am the witness of what happened today, the ladies they are very wrong, they don’t want to listen to what Professional say, I heard what Professional hair dresser said to that lady, but she is very stubborn, Professional hair dresser explains everything very good and clearly and of course he knows what he is doing, that lady tried to forced him to cut her hair, the Professional hair dresser was explaining that she don’t have enough length for the hair style she want, and I think if she didn’t like it she gonna blame the Salon. The professional hair dresser was very right, he don’t want to ruining her hair, but she keep arguing with him, and they are very rude. I just be honest because good people at Alan Coban Salon don’t deserve have rude client like them. Alan Coban is the best salon in Sydney.
